Yolanda Green

My background is mostly marketing/research in creative and educational industries and my current work is as a freelance research interviewer for Ipsos and the National Centre for Social Research.  Several family members have died of cancer all of whom were late diagnosed.  My hope is that there may be something in these combined experiences which might contribute patient insight.  I am particularly interested in learning whether patients can work with clinicians to expedite diagnosis with improved understanding and presentation of symptoms and appropriate recruitment to screening and trials.  I don’t have cancer myself and somewhere in North London those who tried to teach me science subjects will be rotating in their graves if they knew I was attempting anything like this.
